The Commanders of the Amotekun Corps in the South-West have pledged to strengthen security operations across the region during the festive season following a strategic meeting with Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, on Friday.
The quarterly review session, held at the Governor’s Office in Ibadan, focused on assessing the corps’ operations and devising ways to enhance efficiency in safeguarding lives and property across the South-West states.
Unified Approach to Festive Security
Speaking after the meeting, Adetunji Adeleye, Chairman of the Amotekun Commanders Forum and Commander of the Ondo State Amotekun Corps, emphasized the importance of collaboration among the commanders and other security agencies during the yuletide.
