President Bola Tinubu and Ondo State Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa have lauded Dr. Daniel Olukoya, the General Overseer of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM), for his outstanding contributions to education and societal development.
The commendations came during the combined 34th and 35th convocation ceremonies of the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA), where Olukoya was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Management Science.
In a statement issued on Sunday, Tinubu, represented by the Vice Chancellor of the University of Ilorin, Prof. Wahab Egbewole, emphasized Olukoya’s commitment to academic excellence and his significant investment in advancing education.
Governor Aiyedatiwa and FUTA’s Vice Chancellor, Prof. Adenike Oladiji, also encouraged students and young people to follow Olukoya’s example, highlighting the cleric’s dedication to intellectual and moral development as a model for future generations.
The event, held over two days, underscored the university’s recognition of individuals who have made remarkable contributions to national growth and transformation.
